SHIPPING
Shipping is free on orders over $50! We ship within the United States only. Orders are packaged daily and shipped every afternoon. Orders placed after 2 pm will be sent out the next business day. Note that couriers do not pick up on Sundays, so orders placed after 2 pm on Saturday will ship on the following Monday. Orders coming direct from Brands or Designers may have different shipping.

RETURN PROCESS
As a small, local business, we aim to offer a diverse range of quality products rather than a large quantity of the same item. This results in a product turnover of about 14 days.
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. After 14 days, returns cannot be accepted. All sale items are final sale.
To be accepted for return, items must be in perfect condition with no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or any other marks.
Returns can be made in-store or by mail. Store credit can be used both in-store and online and does not expire. To initiate a return through our return portal, click here.
ABOUT RE:DO
RE:DO is a third-party returns portal that simplifies the return process. A $1.98 fee is automatically added to every cart at checkout, but you can remove it if you prefer. This non-refundable fee allows for unlimited returns on your order without any additional cost.
If you purchased the $1.98 returns protection at checkout, you can submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a prepaid label at no additional cost.
RE:DO still follows our stated return policy.
If you choose not to use RE:DO, you can still return items through our normal process and purchase a discounted shipping label through RE:DO, saving time and money.
