Returns & Shipping
Have a change of heart? Facemasks cannot be returned. Online returns are accepted on unwashed, unworn merchandise within 14 days of the original receipt of the package date for in store credit or exchange only. Return package must be postmarked within the 14 day allowance. All merchandise must be returned with tags attached in original condition.

You may not return or exchange the following items: facemasks, sanitizers, candles, Spanx, clear bags, intimates, bodysuits, items red-lined as final sale, sale items, promotional items, seasonal items, jewelry, sticky bras, lingerie tape, or gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box. If the shoe box is used as the shipping box or if there is no shoe box sent back, we will deduct $10 from your credit amount.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will only receive partial credit if that item has since been marked down.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit will be will automatically be applied to your in store account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged for other items.
Exchanges (if applicable).
If you want to make an exchange call us at 724-774-5340. You must ship out your item within the 14 days of receipt of the package. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise we can ship you your item for exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you'd like a prepaid return label, email arlene@shirleyshoppe.com to request one. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any item(s) purchase online or in-store are eligible to be returned in-store for merchandise credit or an exchanged item.
